The interaction of all relevant cleaning-parameters, its optimisation, verification and monitoring is the base of a safe and reproducible reprocessing of surgical instruments. The chemical efficiency of detergents especially depend on many parameters and cannot be guaranteed by dosage only. To check the chemical aspect of cleaning efficiency on its own, the controlled and standardised conditions in a laboratory are needed. Our services are based on standardised tests-soils with correlation to human blood in combination with qualitative and quantitative detection methods for residues.
